The Bahamas Wisdom Development Center (BWDC) is a non profit organization founded by Michelle Wildgoose. Its mission is to explore, educate, stimulate and implement the application of information to infiltrate the minds of individuals to enhance intelligence. The organization was born out of a need to help Michelle’s son Mikhail.
We look forward to evaluating your child and creating a program specifically to meet his/her needs. Our fully accredited and holistic program addresses each child individually.
The Bahams Wisdom Academy was established to provide the opportunity for sepcial quality education to be given to anyone who desires to find their God given gift to fulfill the purpose for which they were created.
The school is characterized as an Academy with comprehensive special quality educational services. The curriculum, based on the evaluation for each individual, is tailored specifically for the overall development of the individiual. In addition to speciality units, the Academy is uniquely designed to facilitate an environment conducive to learning and development of individuals without challenges.

Mikhail Robert Wildgoose was born November 4, 1996. He was a beautiful baby boy and his pediatrician announced that all was well with his development. At the age of four years of age, Mikhail was evaluated by an educational psychologist. The psychologist was unable to provide an accurate diagnosis due to the complex symptoms presented. The recommendation at that time was to enroll him in a pre-school with an aide.
Our art program fosters creative thinking and collaboration.
We want to build confidence and love of learning, giving students a solid foundation for a healthy and happy life.
